Cross-Browser UI Developer
Backbase - leader in the market for Ajax technology is looking for a software engineer to help develop the Backbase Client Framework. You are a DHTML expert and have substantial experience in developing JavaScript, XHTML, and CSS code that works on all common web browsers including IE, Firefox, Mozilla, Safari, Netscape and Opera. Backbase offers a great opportunity to use your talents to build GUI widgets and tools that will be used by many web developers and solutions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years development experience in JavaScript, XHTML, and CSS
- 2+ years development experience in IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Netscape and Mozilla
- Solid understanding of advanced programming concepts and algorithms including threads, queues, parsers and tree manipulation
- Solid understanding of modern product development processes (preferably agile development)
- Good communication skills
The "Cross-Browser UI Developer" is part of the Backbase R&D department and works closely with the tech-lead and reports directly to the development manager.
