Backbase offers the following Support Services packages:
Silver Support Services Package
The Silver Package is comprised of the following services:- Weekly conference call for 1 hour with your team. A Backbase architect, front-end engineer and back-end engineer are present on this call. During the call, we evaluate architecture or coding decisions, give you implementation scenario's for upcoming activities and make an inventory of more complex questions that need investigation.
- A budget of 4 hours per week to support your project team with upcoming questions as they arise as well as to investigate more complex questions.
- Access to evolving practices and code samples as they become available.
Silver Support Services Package
The Gold Package is comprised of the following services:- Silver Support Services Package
- Monthly assessment: Each month, a Backbase team creates an assessment of the implementation. This assessment focuses on non-functional requirements (such as performance, scalability, maintainability etc.), as well as giving recommendations to create better value for your Backbase implementation. These recommendations cover a variety of subjects such as: user experience, mobile device support, search engine optimization, social integration, etc.
