UX Engineering

Based on years of experience developing and deploying Customer eXperience Solutions we created a methodology that has proven to be pragmatic, down to earth and highly effective. Our Engineering Team is trained to work from three different starting points:

Prototype

Based on customers requirements the Backbase Customer eXperience (CX) team can translate your vision into an early prototype. A typical prototype will take 10 to 30 days, depending on the project scope.

This engagement typically includes early interaction design, creative design and front-end engineering of the prototype. Typically the prototype is used the get further executive buy-in or to collect end-user feedback before the actual project implementation starts.  The prototype can be complemented with technical design study and technical proof of concepts that need to be successfully completed before the actual project starts.
