For this Business Analyst position, you are part of our internal development team at the Customer Success (CS) department, working with our cross-functional development teams and internal stakeholders. You are the backbone of our implementation process. Through your excellent data-driven analysis skills, you will be the one to spot gaps, address them, design out of the box offerings. Good feedback, solid implementation and smooth cooperation with stakeholders rely on you. Together, we will gather the necessary and crucial information to sharpen our process and keep our product in the high-end class.

CS is a department of highly motivated specialists with the specific skills and experience required to make sure that the implementation of our product goes as smoothly as possible. Your team members must be able to think and react quickly to find a solution that works for everyone.

What you'll do

We look at our Estimation BA’s as rockstars who are part of the Estimations Team and responsible for analysing and estimating qualified sales opportunities and providing advice to our sales teams on product positioning.
You will be a vital part of our Estimations team, making sure our implementation strategy is communicated well and clear.
After successful completion of the sales cycle, you will be involved in handing over the proposed implementation solution to our delivery teams around the world and gathering feedback to incorporate on the next estimations.
Responsibilities:
● Gather, analyze and prioritize requirements from client documentation;
● Execute product gap analysis based on gathered requirements to maximize project and customer success;
● Work together within your Estimation team and with regional CS members to translate input (e.g. RFI’s or RFPs) from the pursuit team into estimations and a delivery strategy to provide back to the pursuit team within short cycle times;
● Write user stories based on business requirements with clear translation for developers keeping in mind best practices;
● Effectively break down requirements and translate to appropriate-sized epics and user stories;

Who you are

● You have 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in IT;
● You have excellent English skills (at least B2+, both spoken and written) and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders, potential customers and software engineers on daily basis;
● You are a Data-driven specialist, able to showcase good analytical and evaluative skills;
● You have outstanding gap spotting skills and knows how to address them;
● Understanding process flows for different operations, being able to diagram a process;
● Agile frameworks knowledge.
