Country Sales Manager
As Country Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving Backbase expansion into Indonesia. You will be expanding new business opportunities by leveraging your existing relationships and network. You will also be responsible for building strategic relationships with prospects and driving strategic C-suite executive engagements.
What you'll do

You will implement and execute marketing and demand generation campaigns and will be responsible for the overall sales strategy.
You will collaborate closely with the pre-sales and advisory experts. You will prepare RFPs, deep dives, pitches, and POCs and work towards closing multi-million dollar deals.
You will develop active partner relationships to drive business growth.
You will identify and qualify new sales opportunities and effectively run a sales cycle.
Who you are
10+ years of work experience providing solutions to banks in helping them achieve their strategic initiatives.
You have at least 5+ years of work experience selling Retail Banking/ SME Banking/Wealth/Lending solutions.
You are able to engage at the CxO level to help drive strategic discussions.
You have experience selling enterprise solutions.
You understand customer business drivers and know how to establish buy-in at all levels.
You have a great network with C-suites within Banks in Indonesia.
You have demonstrated a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
You have successfully helped a company grow its business in Indonesia and expand its client base.
Your appreciation of the disruption and trends within the financial services industry enables you to establish yourself as a trusted business partner within your accounts.
