Fundamentally transforming the way Australian and New Zealand Banks engage with their customers using Backbase’s Engagement Banking Platform.

You’ll be face to face with customers, project and product teams ensuring the implementation of your customer experience is seamless.

What you'll do

As a Senior UX Designer in Customer Success, you will work closely with our customers and the Backbase delivery team to own, drive and ensure success with your customers along their digital transformation journey.
You’ll stay focused on a changing environment consisting of rapid iterative software development, sharp customer feedback, requirements gathering workshops and configuration/customization of the Backbase Engagement Banking Platform.
Bring your A game. You will be collaborating deeply with our customers and delivery teams.
You will advise customers on all aspects of User Experience from branding and visual design to experience design and information architecture.
In your daily project work you will be the source of design knowledge for all Backbase Apps and the Backbase Design System. Through a deep understanding of our UX patterns and UI components, you will be able to guide customers and drive decisions towards product adoption, becoming a trusted advisor and UX thought leader for Backbase in the Australian and New Zealand region.

If the below sounds like you, then you know what to do:

● Expert working knowledge of design tools and systems (Figma, Miro, Design Systems, etc.);
● Excellent theoretical knowledge on UX (HIG, Material) and product development with the ability to apply this knowledge on a daily basis;
● You have 5+ years experience in UI/UX/Visual design for mobile/web applications, digital products and design systems;
● Experience in working with complex information and interactions (e.g. forms, data, workflows) while working in Agile environments;
● Excellent communication;
● You have a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
