What you'll do
The Mobile Product Support Engineer is a client-facing role. You will foster and maintain our mobile code within a mature Agile culture. Your core responsibility is to troubleshoot issues reported by our customers and engineer smart solutions which effectively solve them. You will use your understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes and industry developments, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for millions of users across the globe.
Who you are
You have at minimum 3 years of experience in developing an enterprise product and maintaining it through its complete lifecycle;
One of the main keys to success in this position is your familiarity and understanding of Swift and Objective C (for iOS), Additional Knowledge of Android (Kotlin/Java) would be preferred
You have developed at least two apps;
You are comfortable with using Xcode (also Android Studio)
You have good debugging and Analytical skills based on user inputs/logs to understand the issue
You should be able to Understand Client Server Communication using APIs
You should have experience using Cocoapods and Frameworks
You should be able to do Mobile Crash analysis
You should be able to understand the security aspects of Mobile
You should have knowledge of third-party Integrations
You are knowledgeable, collaborative, and motivated;
You have excellent problem-solving skills;
Should be strong in Client facing Communication
You are not concerned about interacting with technical stakeholders using your products and helping them to understand how your product works;
You are used to thinking out of the box, getting to the heart of what happened, collecting all relevant data, to replicate the issue and fix it, and looking at the problem from the customer's perspective;
Work cross-functionally with different teams.
