As the Senior Director Field Marketing, you are the driving force behind the entire field marketing organization, strategy, and execution on a global scale. With your international experience, you are a role model for all field marketing managers located everywhere around the world. Together with your field marketers, you drive the pipeline and work in close collaboration with all regional sales teams in order to over-achieve the targets that have been set. You have an excellent understanding of how a global marketing team is run bringing in a good balance between global campaigns and local initiatives. As a sound marketing professional, you understand all aspects of demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You have a natural interest and curiosity for new techniques and technologies to outpace the competition. You are a key member of the global marketing leadership team, and you will collaborate closely with other energetic marketing colleagues in brand building, marketing operations, and demand generation. Who you are
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
● Proven experience (10+ years) in field marketing or related roles, with a strong focus on global marketing.
● Demonstrated experience leading and managing field marketing teams across multiple regions.
● Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
● Deep understanding of field marketing strategies, demand generation, and lead management.
● Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
● Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Experience in the technology industry is highly desirable.
