Product Owner
As a Product Manager - US Mid-Market - Business Banking, you will work closely with U.S.-based product leaders, customers, delivery, engineering, UX Design, and global product teams to deliver a best in class business banking solution for mid-sized banks and credit unions in the U.S.
What you'll do
Although you are the owner and hold the accountability, at this level we expect a high degree of guidance from and collaboration with more senior PMs and Engineering Managers, though you have several years of experience and are a professional and independent worker. You are highly comfortable working with customers and engineering and UX teams and you understand how great products are created, through collaboration and frequent customer feedback.
Responsibilities
â—ŹDevelop and implement product requirements and roadmaps;
â—ŹCollect and analyze customer feedback and be the voice of the customer internally to inform features, requirements, and end products;
â—ŹEnsure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule;
â—ŹMake creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
Who you are
â—Ź3-4 years of product management experience;
â—ŹExperience working in a scrum environment to iterate on products quickly and prove value;
â—ŹProven track record of delivering and scaling high-impact products in startup environments;
â—ŹPrior experience and domain expertise in banking is required;
â—ŹExperience and domain expertise in digital banking, small business banking, or payments is a plus;
â—ŹExcellent analytical and quantitative skills;
â—ŹDemonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners;
â—ŹProven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously;
â—ŹExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
