This role will be responsible for driving online visibility, engagement, and revenue growth through innovative marketing tactics and data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do
● SEO Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and increase brand visibility. Conduct regular keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization, and monitor search engine algorithms for opportunities to enhance our online presence.
● Digital Customer Journey:
Analyze and optimize the end-to-end digital customer journey to improve user experience and increase customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
● Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Lead efforts to identify conversion barriers and opportunities on our website and digital platforms. Implement A/B testing and other CRO techniques to optimize landing pages, calls-to-action, and overall conversion funnels.
● Digital Advertising:
Work closely with the paid media team to align digital marketing efforts and ensure a cohesive strategy across organic and paid channels. Provide guidance on keyword selection, ad copy, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
● Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize web analytics tools and other data sources to monitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
● Content Strategy:
Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute an SEO-driven content strategy. Ensure content aligns with target audience interests, industry trends, and search engine best practices.
● Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and conversion rate optimization. Proactively identify opportunities to implement emerging technologies or tactics that can benefit the company's marketing efforts.
● Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a virtual team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Work closely with other marketing teams, including social media, email marketing, and analytics, to create integrated marketing campaigns.
Who you are
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
● Proven track record of at least 5 years in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and conversion rate optimization;
● In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and SEO tools;
● Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track performance and identify insights;
● Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and customer journey mapping;
● Demonstrated expertise in CRO techniques and A/B testing;
● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data;
● Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and paid media strategies;
● Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive results in a collaborative environment;
