Backend Certification
Great news!
We have just released the new Backend Certification exam! This certification test covers several areas:
- Technical Overview
- Set up Development Environment
- Integrating with Banking Services
- JWT in Backbase Platform
- Backbase Identity and Access Management
As a reminder, the older version of the Learning Plan has been officially retired along with the release of the new exam. If you were working on any courses from the old Learning Plan, don't worry! We recommend going through the new courses to be fully prepared for the updated certification test.
Embracing the new learning opportunities will not only help you pass the certification exam but also keep you up-to-date with the latest trends in backend development.

Global Branding for Adopt & Connect Course!
In this course, you will dive into the transformative process of Global Branding, a crucial element in the Backbase ecosystem. Global Branding, is facilitated through the powerful tool, Visualizer, developed by Backbase.
Throughout this course, you will gain in-depth knowledge of how to effectively apply customer branding during the product implementation phase. This means you'll be able to create a unique and personalised user experience for your customers, ensuring a strong connection with your brand.
As you progress, you'll also understand when and how Global Branding fits into the Backbase Way of Working.

We are thrilled to announce that our highly anticipated Backend courses and comprehensive learning plan have been officially published on our Learning Management System (LMS). Discover the exciting new Backend courses we have in store for you!

Please note that we have two learning plans available. If you're just starting your Backend learning journey, we recommend switching to the new learning plan. However, if you're already well-progressed in the current learning plan, we advise you to continue and take the certification exam for the existing content.
