What you'll do
The Opportunity
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital banking transformation across our existing customer base in Asia. You’ll carry your own sales quota, partnering closely with financial institutions to unlock new opportunities, strengthen relationships, and support their long-term success through our innovative platform.
In this client-facing, consultative role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and key stakeholders, helping them envision and implement impactful digital strategies. You’ll work in an agile, fast-paced, and inclusive environment that values autonomy, growth, and collaboration.
This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Own and exceed a personal sales quota through opportunities within existing accounts and by expanding client relationships.
Identify, qualify, and close large-scale software agreements (typically $1M+ ARR).
Guide clients in shaping value-led digital banking strategies and business cases.
Cultivate deep partnerships with client stakeholders—from operational leads to executive leadership.
Lead sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align delivery with business value.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and provide insights on market opportunities.
Advocate for clients needs internally to influence future platform enhancements.
Who you are

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
8–10+ years in quota-carrying B2B enterprise sales roles, ideally in SaaS or platform businesses.
A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
5+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or related financial services domains.
A strategic mindset and the ability to align customer objectives with tailored solutions.
Strong communication and consultative selling skills, with a high degree of executive presence.
A collaborative spirit and a growth mindset—someone who thrives in a diverse and dynamic environment.
