Senior Manager Brand & Creative
The Sr. Manager Brand & Creative helps define and execute an impactful brand strategy and drives the creative team to deliver excellent creative work that makes the brand stand out and breaks through the noise. This role focuses on advancing brand initiatives, contributing to creative direction and collaborating closely across teams such as digital marketing, content marketing and field marketing, to embed brand and creative principles in every touchpoint. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with proven experience in brand marketing and a strong background in executing cross-functional campaigns and initiatives while leading a small team of passionate creatives.
What you'll do
- Brand Definition & Execution: Partner with the leadership to define and implement the brand strategy, brand consistency, and alignment with Backbase’s vision;
- Brand Identity & Visual Consistency: Maintain and monitor adherence to the Backbase brand identity, tone of voice, and visual expression across various channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for creative concepts that break through and make the brand stand out;
- Creative Concepts: Support development of integrated best-in-class campaigns for our demand generation and account-based marketing efforts, focusing on telling the Backbase brand story within digital, experiential, and external communication channels;
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives, working closely with HR and other departments to attract top talent and promote employee engagement that aligns with our brand;
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure brand consistency in all customer touchpoints, and actively contribute to integrated campaigns with a unified brand approach.
Who you are
- 8+ years of brand marketing experience in enterprise software, with deep affinity with the fintech domain;
- Demonstrated experience in executing brand strategies, working closely with creative teams, and supporting demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns that have delivered results;
- Strong collaborative skills to work across departments and contribute to brand-aligned, cross-functional initiatives;
- Strategic mind-set, able to leverage research and insights to shape and refine brand activities;
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure brand integrity.
