Senior Solution Architect

As an experienced Solution Architect, you onboard and mentor new Solution Architects. Also, you actively collaborate with RnD on product improvements, new features, and architectural platform requirements. Part of your role, is also to participate in one or more CST's of clients. You exemplify the core values and a passion to grow people and improve the ways of working and as well, participate in coaching, mentoring and on-boarding new SAs in the team

• Participate in short-term Sales cycles ;
• Able to adapt quickly as you work on multiple cycles in parallel;
• Able to convince customers on a future with Backbase;
• Work on internal knowledge base (slides and documents) and knowledge sharing.

• Minimum of 10 years in IT;
• Minimum of 5 years architecture experience in customer facing/consulting role;
• (preferably) 3 year financial services, banking, fintech experience.

• Deep craft knowledge;
• Ability to drive initiative with RnD;
• Ability to collaborate with RnD on product improvements, new features, and architectural platform requirements;
• Ability to share knowledge across SA chapter.

Business, product and industry knowledge:

• Expected to have a broad knowledge of the Backbase platform and technology stack;
• Able to mitigate risks concerning delivery vs R&D roadmap roll out.
