As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you are a highly skilled talent acquisition expert specializing in Sales, Marketing, and Business Support recruitment. You will drive hiring strategies across EMEA, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent to support our business growth.
With a deep understanding of the talent market in these regions, you proactively source, assess, and secure high-caliber professionals. You operate autonomously, balancing business needs with market realities, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. Your ability to set expectations, influence stakeholders, and educate the business on hiring best practices sets you apart.
Beyond execution, you collaborate with fellow recruiters, identifying opportunities for process optimization and championing improvements that enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Business Support roles across EMEA.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, business leaders, and HR to define hiring needs, market trends, and talent strategies.
- Develop creative methods for attracting top talent, building robust candidate pipelines, and fostering strong professional networks.
- Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations.
- Ensure exceptional stakeholder management, setting realistic expectations and coaching hiring teams on best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to elevate recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior recruiters, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Lead and support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives.
Who you are
- 6+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, specializing in Sales, Marketing, and Business Support roles.
- Experience recruiting across EMEA markets, with a strong understanding of regional talent trends.
- Proven ability to manage complex hiring projects and engage with senior business leaders.
- Strong knowledge of best-in-class recruitment strategies, sourcing methodologies, and employer branding.
- Ability to influence and advise hiring managers on talent strategy, market challenges, and best practices.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
