What you'll do
As a Technical Product Manager for Backbase Grand Central, you will be instrumental in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for this critical component of our Banking Platform. You'll ensure our iPaaS solution remains at the cutting edge of banking technology, directly impacting how our clients connect and orchestrate their digital ecosystems.
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our iPaaS platform (Grand Central).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities.
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements through interviews, surveys, and various feedback channels.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of product features and functionalities.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate based on data and insights.
- Represent the product to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and at industry events.

- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on platform products.
- Proven experience in building and launching successful iPaaS platform solutions.
- Deep understanding of integration technologies, including APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL), data mapping, and orchestration.
- Experience with enterprise-grade B2B software and complex integration challenges.
- Strong technical background with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience working with large cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
