(AI) Lead Principal Machine Learning Engineer
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team and willing to be 100% coding. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning and data science to solve complex problems, build intelligent systems, and provide impactful insights to drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, applying your knowledge to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. Our projects involve working on cutting-edge products, and applying Large Language Models (LLMs) and recommendation systems to create innovative solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that solve business problems and drive product success;
- Design and execute experiments, and create actionable insights through data analysis;
- Lead the design of data pipelines to facilitate the training and deployment of machine learning models;
- Mentor junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical expertise.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science;
- 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles, with a proven track record of deploying ML models in production;
- Strong hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn);
- Expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines using tools such as Spark, Airflow, or similar;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or computer vision;
- Experience working with large-scale data infrastructure and distributed systems;
