Bootcamp Lead
Take charge of our innovative Bootcamp program, leading the definition and delivery of the content roadmap, including both new and updated materials. You'll oversee and execute the program, managing relationships, scheduling courses, and ensuring seamless delivery. You'll also support and guide the Bootcamp Delivery Team, providing mentorship and training. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with the CS Delivery and Academy teams. And as a key part of the role, you’ll have the opportunity to travel the world, delivering the Bootcamp experience firsthand.
What you'll do
You will be part of the team that helps Backbase employees, partners, and customers learn to implement Backbase banking solutions, building their knowledge, skills and hands-on experience. We are a team that values collaboration, trust, authenticity, curiosity, and craftsmanship.
- Lead and manage all aspects of Bootcamp for partners, customers, employees, and internal stakeholders.
- Organise, coordinate, and deliver Bootcamp sessions, ensuring smooth execution and participant progress.
- Facilitate and present sessions, handle scrum ceremonies, track progress, and manage expectations.
- Provide technical expertise in backend, web, mobile, QA, and architecture, complementing the Associate Lead’s skills.
- Coach and mentor the Bootcamp Team on content, technology, product knowledge, and training techniques.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and standards in training content and delivery, maintaining a regular cadence of Bootcamps.
- Define and execute the roadmap for Bootcamp content updates, track results, and report in the Learning Management System.

To excel in this role, you should be highly organised, independent, and motivated, with the ability to handle diverse tasks, from logistics to technical presentations. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator who thrives in different environments and enjoys meeting new people. Additionally, you should have experience in developer training and be able to guide teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and resolve issues quickly.
- Energetic, charismatic, and a great communicator who enjoys global travel.
- Experience in long-form developer classroom training, Bootcamps, and content updates.
- Expertise in at least one technical domain (e.g., Frontend, Backend, iOS, Android, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance).
- Ability to coach and mentor across various roles and deliver effective training.
- Skilled in providing constructive feedback and guiding teams toward their goals.
