The Backbase Marketing team is the creative and strategic powerhouse that’s continuously evolving and showcasing our awesome brand to the world while creating demand amongst our prospects and customers for our products. As a result of what we do, we’re able to demonstrate product value, strengthen brand loyalty, build relationships, and ultimately increase sales.

Our organization comprises Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Growth Marketing, Field Enablement, Strategy Consulting, and the Creative Studio. Combined, we form a highly diverse team with an equally diverse set of skills and specialties: from generating revenue through ads and engagement programs with our audience, to organizing kick-ass events, to ensuring our sales teams are armed with the right product knowledge and competitive intelligence, to producing impactful content and aesthetically striking visuals that tell our story... we’re an ambitious, fun-loving crew that keeps pushing the envelope to let the world know why Backbase is the ONLY engagement banking partner they need to consider.

What makes your department special?

Despite being a global team of 40+ (and growing), spread out across different timezones and coming from highly diverse backgrounds and specialties, we all genuinely love working with each other. We show up every day eager to impress each other and share a few laughs, we truly celebrate and appreciate each other’s differences, and we like each other so much, it’s very common to see us hanging out outside work too.

Obviously, we’re also the people you can count on to make everything look and feel fresh, stylish, and energetic – just catch a glimpse of some of our fashionistas in the office 😉 And don’t forget to make friends while you’re there, because you also know we throw THE best parties around!
