As Customer Success Director, you are responsible for managing the success of the customers in your portfolio.
What you'll do
In this role you make a significant contribution helping Backbase enterprise customers successfully execute their digital transformation program through our products, professional services and your strategic insights. Success is defined as accountability for delivering programs, accountability for driving the ROI for customer’s investment in Backbase platform and services, accountability for up-and cross sell (Product License ARR) and accountability for an outstanding Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Who you are
● 10+ years of experience managing client relationships, preferably at the C-level;
● Proven senior customer success experience in a digital, software or technology environment;
● Experience in the field of complex Technology/Platform/SaaS project delivery;
● 8+ years experience in the Financial services industry (preferably Banking domain);
● Change management ability to work fluidly in ambiguous scenarios, fast pace and dynamic environments;
● Demonstrated leadership experience in managing regional teams;
● Master’s degree (MBA preferred);
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
