Principal QA Engineer

You will join our R&D Product Enablement team to ensure that products and environments our colleagues and partners rely on are of the highest and most reliable quality. Together with multiple product teams you will bring QA practices to a new level of maturity with a focus on best practices within the quality, test automation, and CI spaces, and work to ensure the organization is always running smoothly. These practices include metrics to monitor code coverage, bug prevention strategies, and other quality measures.

What you'll do

You will also produce defect metrics and reporting on the full QA process.

At Backbase we work agile and you know what this means for the QA role. Finally, as part of the QA Guild, you will participate in internal QA goals such as training new hires and the evaluation of new tools and processes.
