What you'll do

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team, focusing on the Americas region. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing and driven to deliver successful campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Working remotely from Miami, the Digital Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
● Integrated campaign strategy development;
● Owns and leads the campaign development and execution;
● Develop personas and optimize the customer journey;
● Create an integrated campaign strategy for the Top, Middle, and Bottom of the Funnel;
● Account Based Marketing;
● Lead the global ABM initiatives for a specific GTM;
● Liaise with regional marketing leaders on the design of your campaign roadmap and ensure the adoption of the campaigns in region;
● Liaise with regional sales teams to tailor campaigns;

Data and performance management:
● Report and optimize campaign performance using Salesforce.com;
● Set up funnel metrics and E2E campaign tracking (in collaboration with the growth team);
● Leverage data to gather strategic insights and report results on all marketing campaigns;
● Drive sales growth by setting goals and partnering closely with various activation channels;

Content Marketing and Thought Leadership:
● Obtains market and customer feedback and insights to improve content marketing strategy;
● Able to grasp complex, technical subjects and make them easy to understand
Knowledgeable on SEO best practices;
● Create compelling content and well-designed assets in cooperation with Studio or external agencies.

Who you are

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful digital campaigns.
● Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
● Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
● Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed marketing decisions.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
● Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different geographical locations.
● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a passion for digital marketing.
● Knowledge of the financial services or digital banking industry is a plus.
