Objectives
Tirana Bank's ambition is to triple its digital customer base and become the region's digital banking leader. That means giving customers consistent digital experiences across mobile and web, letting them apply for credit cards, take out consumer loans, and manage multi-currency accounts (Albanian lek and euro) in a single app - without visiting a branch.
Solution
Tirana Bank chose Backbase, delivered in partnership with Endava. Running cloud-native on Microsoft Azure, the platform covers accounts, deposits, end-to-end online loan and credit card applications, internal and outgoing transfers, card management, bill payments, and financial insights.
