How to Report Security Vulnerabilities to Backbase

If you are a Backbase customer or partner, please submit a service request via Backbase Product Support if you believe you have identified a security vulnerability in a Backbase product.

If you are not a customer or partner, please email [email protected] to report your finding using our encryption key. Our PGP key is available here: (PGP fingerprint: D10E E989 355B 7B71 9990 4F96 A96A 8F8F 18A5 B3A8).

Backbase requests and appreciate that the reporting of a security vulnerability follows responsible disclosure practices and that findings are not published before Backbase have had time to investigate and release a fix to our customers.
