We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to partner closely with leaders in the Netherlands and help drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture during a period of significant transformation and growth.
This is not a traditional HRBP role focused on policy and process coordination. We are looking for a strong operator and performance partner who can challenge leaders, raise the talent bar, and help teams navigate change with clarity and pace.
You will work directly with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Services, and Corporate functions, translating business priorities into people actions that drive performance, engagement, and execution.
You are a strong business partner who knows how to balance employee experience with business performance. You are comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly and leaders expect clear, practical guidance.
You challenge constructively, simplify complexity, and focus on what creates impact. You are not afraid to have difficult conversations and can build credibility with senior stakeholders through strong judgment and execution.
You understand that leadership quality, talent density, and performance discipline matter; especially during transformation.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner in a scaling tech, SaaS, or fast-moving international environment
• Strong experience supporting senior leaders through change, performance management, and organizational challenges
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong understanding of Dutch employment law and employee relations
• Experience supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management discussions
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with confidence and pragmatism
• Clear communication style with strong judgment and business acumen
• Experience working across multiple functions and stakeholder groups in complex organizations
