Faster loan decisions at the same level of risk
Heads of lending, CDOs and COOs from retail and SME banks in the Netherlands are invited to a hosted breakfast roundtable at the Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam. The question on the table is how to cut the time between a loan application and a decision while holding risk steady. And when a decision is questioned, how a bank shows a regulator it was fair. Attendance is by invitation only.

What we'll discuss
A faster decision from application to approval is only worth having if risk holds steady as it speeds up. AI can take on some of the checks in a lending decision while others still need a person. We'll work through where that line sits. Then there's the regulator: when a decision is questioned, the bank has to show it was fair, and we'll talk about what that takes.
- Cutting the time from loan application to decision
- Holding risk steady as decisions speed up
- Where the line sits between checks AI can take on and checks that need a person
- Showing a regulator that a decision was fair
